It Doesn’t Have To Be Hard

This is my mantra for you (and for me) as we ease out of 2025. 

It has been one of the weirder years I can remember. This morning I was asking the universe for some inspiration, and I later received an email from another coach who wrote about it not being hard to find clients. Yeah, yeah, yeah I thought. 

And then later it came to me — how relevant it was to so many things in life. 

“It doesn’t have to be hard.”

All the things you need to do before the holidays doesn’t have to be hard. 

Your holidays don’t have to be hard. 

Helping your kid with homework doesn’t have to be hard. 

That conversation with your boss doesn’t have to be hard. 

When it starts to feel hard, pause and think: “It doesn’t have to be hard.” 

See if that resonates, and if in any way it changes anything for you. 

You get to decide what you think about EVERYTHING. 

I get to help my kid with their homework.

I get to give others gifts, help those in need.

I get to spend quality time with friends and family. 

I get to hone my communication skills with my boss.

Whatever YOU decide you get to do, and whatever YOU decide to think — that is what will be easy.

Enjoy your holidays. Enjoy your family. Enjoy those days winding down from work before 2026 (if that is possible for you).
